Develop, implement, and monitor QA processes across all PCB manufacturing stages (lamination, drilling, plating, etching, solder mask, and final inspection).
Lead in-process and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-600, IPC-6012).
Identify root causes of product defects and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare and maintain quality documentation — control plans, inspection reports, deviation reports, and customer complaint logs.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous process improvement.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of all testing and measuring instruments.
Support customer quality audits and provide necessary reports and data.
Conduct routine testing of process chemicals (copper plating, etching, stripping, etc.) and record test data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
