About the Role

We are looking to connect with experienced HR & Talent Acquisition specialists who have robust hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms

Conduct initial candidate screening and interview coordination

Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment database

Coordinate with hiring teams regarding candidate requirements

Handle candidate communication and follow-ups

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Currently working with a reputed/established organization

Experience in end-to-end recruitment

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Positive knowledge of recruitment portals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates from reputed companies are preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
