Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager (Team Leader) to manage sales operations, lead a team of promoters, monitor stock availability, and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Team Management: Lead, guide, and monitor promoters across the assigned territory to improve productivity and sales performance.
Stock Management: Monitor stock availability, maintain optimum stock levels, and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
Market Development: Identify recent business prospects, strengthen dealer relationships, and expand market presence.
Performance Monitoring: Track daily sales, promoter productivity, target achievement, and overall team performance.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports to management.
Team Development: Train, motivate, and support promoters to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Coordination:



Work closely with distributors, dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Market Visits: Conduct regular market visits to monitor promoter activities, stock movement, and competitor performance.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or FMCG.
Proven experience in managing a team of promoters or field sales staff.
Strong understanding of sales target achievement, stock management, and market operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to analyse sales data and take corrective action to improve performance.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
