Job Overview

Spacez is looking for a proactive and organized Facility Manager to streamline operations across its properties. The role involves developing SOPs, managing maintenance schedules, coordinating vendors, maintaining housekeeping standards, and ensuring consistent property quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SOPs and workflows for property operations.
Plan and track preventive maintenance, deep cleaning, and periodic cleaning schedules.
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors; negotiate rates and monitor service quality.
Manage inventory, procurement, asset tracking, and maintenance records.
Coordinate caretakers, housekeeping teams, and service providers across properties.
Conduct property inspections and ensure cleanliness, readiness, and quality standards.
Maintain Excel trackers, operational reports, budgets, and vendor records.
Train caretakers and operations teams on standard procedures and service expectations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Hospitality,



Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, property operations, or related operational roles.
Experience in SOP development, maintenance planning, vendor management, and process improvement.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Robust organizational, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties and take ownership of daily operations.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in villa management, hospitality, serviced apartments, or multi-property operations.
Knowledge of cost optimization, procurement, inventory management, and preventive maintenance.
Experience supervising caretakers or housekeeping teams.

About the Role

This is an prospect to build and improve operational systems in a growing property management business, ensuring reliable service delivery and consistent standards across all Spacez properties.

Pay: ₹4.50 - ₹5.00 per year
