Job Title: Senior PLC Programmer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in SPM machine automation and industrial control systems.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for SPM machines.
Handle PLC programming and HMI configuration.
Work with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, or similar PLC platforms.
Troubleshoot sensors, VFDs, servo drives, motors, and pneumatic systems.
Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams and control panel drawings.
Perform machine testing, debugging, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate with design, panel wiring, and assembly teams.
Ensure proper machine functioning and resolve automation-related issues.




Provide technical support during customer-site commissioning, when required.

Required Skills
Practical experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Experience in SPM machine automation is preferred.
Knowledge of HMI, VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and industrial automation.
Ability to work independently and resolve technical problems.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
