Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Supervise staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Ensure proper garment handling, quality, and timely delivery.
Maintain outlet cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in outlet management or customer service preferred.
Responsible, organized, and able to manage a team.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
