Urgent Hiring: South Indian Chef
Timings: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes (Dosas, Idli, Medu Vada, Uttapam, Upma, Puri Bhaji).
Manage daily batter grinding/fermentation and make fresh Sambar and Chutneys from scratch.
Maintain station hygiene, speed during rush hours, and control food wastage.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a South Indian Cook.
Quick, hygienic, and reliable team player.
