Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the endtoend recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.




Support joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
Experience in endtoend recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and offer management.
Experience recruiting for relevant industry roles is an added advantage.

Pay: 16k-20k (As per exeperience)
