Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms.
Manage offer rollouts, joining formalities, and candidate documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring reports.
Ensure timely closures for open positions.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
Freshers with valuable communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Preferred Candidate
Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency workplace.
Willing to work from the office in Bhandup West, Mumbai.
