Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Loan Officer to assist customers with loan applications, explain loan products, and guide them through the loan process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries regarding personal loans and other loan products.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan applications.
Check basic eligibility criteria, income details, and credit profiles.
Process loan applications and coordinate with the concerned team for approvals.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
Maintain accurate customer records and application details.
Achieve monthly targets and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements




Minimum 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Knowledge of banking, finance, or loan products will be an advantage.
Ability to work responsibly and meet targets.
