Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development and testing.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
Experience in designing and executing performance test plans and scripts.
Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with system architecture and its impact on software performance.
Skilled in identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
