Position: SEO Specialist
Experience: 3–4 years
Location: Thane West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End SEO Ownership: Independently manage the complete SEO function, from strategy and planning to execution, monitoring, and optimization.
Technical SEO: Conduct website audits, resolve technical issues, and improve crawling, indexing, site architecture, and website performance.
Keyword & Content Strategy: Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent mapping, content planning, and on-page optimization.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Optimize content to improve visibility in AI-generated answers, featured snippets, FAQs, and answer engines.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, mentions, and citations across AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
Organic Growth: Drive improvements in organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility, and qualified organic leads.
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building: Plan and execute backlink strategies, digital PR, and authority-building initiatives.
Advanced SEO: Implement schema markup, structured data, internal linking, and content optimization to strengthen search visibility.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use Google Search Console,



Google Analytics 4, and other SEO tools to measure performance, identify gaps, and make data-driven decisions.
Execution & Accountability: Take ownership of SEO deliverables, coordinate with content and development teams, and ensure recommendations are implemented effectively.
Continuous Experimentation: Stay updated with evolving search algorithms, AI search trends, and emerging SEO practices to identify recent growth opportunities.

Who We’re Looking ForWe need a hands-on SEO skilled who can execute, take ownership, and build SEO into a measurable growth engine.The ideal candidate should:We are looking for an executor and growth driver, not someone who only creates strategies or prepares reports.
Have robust practical knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO.
Be comfortable handling SEO activities independently from start to finish.
Know how to identify technical and content gaps and turn them into actionable strategies.
Understand how traditional search and AI-powered search experiences are evolving.
Be proactive, analytical, and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
