JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION IN-CHARGE – CNC / VMC

Job Responsibilities
Handle complete production activities for CNC & VMC machining of valve components.
Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets as per customer requirements.
Manage CNC/VMC machine loading, production planning and manpower allocation.
Monitor machining cycle time, productivity, machine utilization and output.
Ensure components are manufactured as per engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and specifications.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room and PPC teams for smooth production.
Monitor rejection, rework, tool consumption and machine downtime.
Ensure proper setting and usage of cutting tools, fixtures and gauges.
Supervise CNC/VMC operators, setters and shop-floor personnel.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
Maintain daily production reports,



rejection reports and machine utilization records.
Ensure adherence to 5S, safety procedures and quality standards on the shop floor.
Support new component development, process trials and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on knowledge of CNC & VMC machining processes.
Experience in valve components / precision engineering / engineering components manufacturing preferred.
Positive knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T; and dimensional tolerances.
Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, machining parameters and inspection methods.
Ability to handle production planning, manpower and shop-floor operations.
Valuable problem-solving, leadership and team-management skills.
Knowledge of reducing rejection, rework and cycle time will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
