Job Description

We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, generate leads, and build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
Generate leads through inbound and outbound calls.
Present products, features, and perks to prospective clients.
Follow up with school coordinators to increase business and product adoption.
Schedule appointments and support the field sales team.
Manage leads, sales pipelines, and customer relationships using CRM tools.
Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of qualified leads.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.




4–5 years of experience in inside sales, education sales, or business development.
Robust experience in lead generation, cold calling, and sales conversion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to achieve revenue targets and manage sales pipelines.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Team handling experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Background: EdTech, education sales, school partnerships, institutional sales, or B2B inside sales.
