Role Description

The Human Resource Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and coordinating onboarding and induction processes. The role involves helping draft and update HR policies, supporting the administration of employee advantages, and assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also help with basic HR documentation, data entry, and preparation of reports to ensure smooth personnel management. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Connaught Place, requiring regular collaboration with team members and staff across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

2.Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

3.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

Schedule interviews and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

4.Support onboarding and documentation for current employees.

5.Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

6.Help organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

7.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

8.Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and recruitment updates.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
