Job Summary:
The F&B; Captain is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, banquet, or other F&B; outlets, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and adherence to hotel service standards.
Requirements:
Experience in hotel and banquet operations.
Knowledge of food service, buffet setup, and event management.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Knowledge of guest service, grooming, and hygiene standards.
