Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
Manage and update company social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, website updates, and promotional campaigns.
Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including keyword research and basic on-page optimization.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital marketing trends.
Assist in preparing social media calendars and scheduling posts.
Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant digital marketing tools.
Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
Collaborate with the HR, Sales, and Business Development teams for promotional activities and employer branding.
Prepare regular reports on social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of content writing, copywriting,



video editing and creative content development.
Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and website analytics.
Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Valuable organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Google Ads.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing productivity.
Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.

Eligibility Criteria
Recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Freshers with a solid interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be proactive, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience.
