Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
Explain product details, features, availability, and pricing to customers.
Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.
Follow up with existing and new customers to generate business.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers and provide proper service.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to check stock availability and arrange timely delivery.
Maintain customer details, sales records, and daily sales reports.
Follow up on pending orders and payments when required.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Support the team in developing current customers and increasing sales.
