Communicate with buyers regarding order status, approvals, and requirements.
Receive and review purchase orders, tech packs, and specifications.
Prepare costing sheets and monitor order profitability.
Coordinate with sampling, production, sourcing, and quality teams.
Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and raw material availability.
Track the Time and Action (T&A;) calendar to ensure timely execution.
Monitor production progress and resolve delays proactively.
Ensure all buyer comments and approvals are implemented.
Coordinate fit samples, PP samples, shipment samples, and approvals.
Maintain order-related documents and records accurately.
Work with QA and compliance teams to meet buyer standards.
Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics and documentation teams.
Prepare order status reports and update management regularly.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with buyers and suppliers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
