About us: M/s Pooja Enterprises supplies and fabricates structural steel for infrastructure, power, solar, railway and industrial projects. Our fabrication shop is at Ankurhati / Dhulagari, Howrah, West Bengal.

Role: Back Office Engineer – Quotations & Sales Support. You will prepare quotations and handle client communication for enquiries from EPC contractors and industries.

Responsibilities
Study enquiries, BOQs and drawings; calculate steel weights and prepare cost estimates
Prepare and send qualified quotations with rates, taxes and commercial terms
Write and manage client emails; follow up on quotations until order or regret
Prepare vendor registration and tender documents (company profile, certificates, technical documents)
Maintain an enquiry and quotation register in Excel/CRM




Coordinate with production and accounts on order details and dispatch updates

Requirements
Diploma/BE Mechanical or Civil, or a graduate with steel/engineering sales support experience
2–5 years preparing quotations or estimates
Positive written English for emails; solid MS Excel
Able to read engineering drawings; AutoCAD viewing a plus
Structural steel, fabrication or fasteners industry experience is an advantage

Location: Ankurhati / Dhulagari, Howrah (work from our shop/office; you must be able to travel here daily).
