About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our business, generate current leads, develop client relationships, and increase sales in the fashion and apparel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and an understanding of B2B sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business leads and identify potential clients, including fashion brands, boutiques, retailers, and wholesalers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
Promote our apparel and garment manufacturing services through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




Maintain client databases, sales reports, and lead pipelines.

Requirements
Experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the fashion, apparel, garment manufacturing, or textile industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Familiarity with MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
