Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our US Customer Support team. This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat (primarily voice process)
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers
Meet quality and productivity benchmarks
Document customer interactions in the system

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
Freshers are welcome
Valuable communication skills in English (spoken and written)




Basic computer knowledge
