We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with a background in Hospital Administration to support business growth of the healthcare centers we manage. The role focuses on increasing patient volume, strengthening hospital coordination, and supporting operational expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies for managed centers
Coordinate with management and internal teams
Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
Support marketing and referral development activities
Prepare reports and growth analysis
Travel to centers as required

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management

Preferred Skills




Solid English communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of hospital operations
Analytical and reporting ability
Willing to travel frequently
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle hospital software / management systems
Valuable reporting and data analysis skills
Organized, disciplined, and confident personality

Experience
0–3 years preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
