Job Summary

A manufacturing company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, billing, financial records, and documentation while supporting smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries and maintain financial records.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes, and accounting vouchers.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and track outstanding payments.
Assist with bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and GST documentation.
Maintain financial documents for audits and internal reporting.




Coordinate with sales, purchase, stores, and dispatch teams for billing and documentation.

Required Skills
Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Understanding of basic accounting principles, ledger maintenance, and invoicing.
Basic knowledge of GST compliance and documentation.
Positive numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
