Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the retail industry, to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records
Provide support for payroll processing and salary-related activities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and other HR matters




Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee administration
Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry
Valuable knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll support
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and coordination skills

Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
