Key Responsibilities
Analyse architectural floor plans and building layouts.
Verify carpet area, built-up area and unit configurations.
Assist in reviewing sanctioned plans, building approvals and occupancy certificates.
Research residential projects and verify MahaRERA disclosures.
Identify potential technical discrepancies and property-related risks.
Prepare property due-diligence reports and project comparison sheets.
Maintain research data, documentation and checklists.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
