Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.
Generate leads and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, references, and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote the company's products and services to relevant industry clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Negotiate with clients and support the closure of business deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
6 months–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Oil & Gas industry.
Prior experience dealing with Oil & Gas companies, refineries, EPC contractors, industrial clients, or oilfield service providers.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Good understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.
Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with relevant Oil & Gas industry experience will be preferred.
Experience in industrial sales, equipment sales, or technical services will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have a robust understanding of the Oil & Gas market and its customer base.

Note: Relevant Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory. Candidates from unrelated industries without Oil & Gas exposure will not be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
