We are expanding our team and looking for 4 enthusiastic, ambitious, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Managers who can drive sales, develop current business opportunities, and build robust customer and dealer networks in the lithium battery, inverter, and power-solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, electricians, retailers, and commercial customers.
Promote and sell lithium batteries, lithium inverter systems, e-rickshaw batteries, and solar power solutions.
Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Maintain customer relationships and support long-term business growth.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive,



confident, and target-driven attitude.
Willingness to travel locally and meet customers.
Experience in sales, marketing, electrical products, batteries, inverters, solar, or EVs is preferred.
Freshers with robust sales potential and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
