Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to build and manage a solid Channel Partner network, drive lead generation, and contribute to business growth through strategic partnerships in the residential real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
Onboard, activate, and manage Channel Partners for residential projects.
Build robust relationships with Channel Partners to drive site visits and achieve sales targets.
Conduct Channel Partner meetings, project presentations, and activation activities.
Manage CP registration, training, certification, and commission coordination.
Generate business through Channel Partners and support them in activating their client database.
Identify new business opportunities through B2B and B2C networking.
Monitor Channel Partner performance and conduct regular reviews.
Track market trends, competitor activities,



and provide relevant market insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner support and business execution.

Required Skills
Strong Channel Partner network and relationship management skills.
Experience in real estate sourcing or Channel Partner management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid business development and target-oriented approach.
Good understanding of the residential real estate market.
Ability to build and expand Channel Partner networks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
