Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and help create an inclusive and supportive learning setting.

Age: Below 40 years

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess students who may require additional educational support.
Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and appropriate intervention strategies.
Provide individual or small-group support based on students’ learning needs.
Work closely with class teachers to adapt teaching strategies, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
Monitor and document students’ academic, behavioural, social, and developmental progress.
Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and the school leadership team regarding student progress.
Support students with learning difficulties, developmental needs, attention-related challenges, and other educational requirements.




Conduct remedial and intervention sessions as required.
Promote inclusive classroom practices.
Maintain appropriate student records and documentation.
Participate in school meetings, workshops, and career development programmes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or a relevant field.
RCI-recognised qualification/registration preferred, where applicable.
Prior experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
Knowledge of inclusive education, learning difficulties, and intervention strategies.
Solid observation, communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
