Job Summary

GENI HOMES is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Contact new and existing customers via phone.
Explain GENI HOMES projects, including villas, plots, and construction services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
Schedule and confirm site visit appointments.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Update customer details and lead status in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Sales and Site Teams.
Share project details, brochures, pricing, and offers through WhatsApp, SMS,



or email.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements
Insurance industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Experience in customer follow-up and lead conversion.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Immediate joiners preferred.
