Job Summary:
Responsible for managing overall accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting financial planning. Candidate must have experience in the manufacturing industry with knowledge of accounts up to finalization.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and taxation
Prepare and finalize financial statements and periodic reports
Monitor budgets, variances, and support financial planning
Ensure statutory compliance, GST, and audit coordination
Manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Prepare reports for Bank Term Loan & Capex (PO, GRN, disbursements)
Handle and summarize Capex vendor/contractor invoices in Excel
Perform monthly PF & ESIC reconciliations
Assist in financial closing and audit activities
Manage account closing and monitor stock variations
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance calendar
Verify and monitor entries, reports, and reconciliations in Tally
Handle exception reports and outstanding analysis
Manage insurance returns and submissions
Supervise accounting team and ensure timely closures




Maintain accuracy of financial records and improve systems

Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / Inter CA / Inter CMA
Experience in manufacturing industry (mandatory),
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Knowledge of accounts up to finalization
Well-versed in Tally & Excel
Valuable analytical and communication skills

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
