Job Responsibilities
Assist the Mother Teacher in managing daily classroom activities.
Support children in learning alphabets, numbers, rhymes, stories, and basic concepts.
Help conduct activity-based learning, arts and crafts, and other classroom activities.
Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being throughout the school day.
Assist in maintaining classroom discipline and a positive learning workplace.
Support individual students who need additional guidance.
Help prepare teaching-learning materials and classroom displays.
Assist with student attendance, worksheets, and assessment activities.
Coordinate with the Mother Teacher to monitor children's progress.
Participate in school events,
celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications
Any relevant degree is preferred.
NTT, ECCE, Montessori, or other early childhood education qualifications are an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
