Follow-ups: Contact customers to collect feedback, provide updates, and ensure their issues are resolved.
Information Sharing: Explain products, services, pricing, policies, and procedures to customers.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high service standards.
Coordination: Coordinate with sales, marketing, accounts, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Record Keeping: Maintain customer databases, interaction records, feedback, and complaint reports.
Sales Support: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services when required.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customer interactions and service performance.
