Job Description: Insurance Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Recruit candidates for insurance sales and other insurance-related roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
