Job Responsibilities:-
Identify and coordinate with suppliers for raw material sourcing as per company requirements.
Communicate with suppliers through email and phone regarding material availability, pricing, and sample

requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers for raw material samples and ensure timely receipt.
Follow up with suppliers for pending samples and maintain regular communication.
Maintain records of samples received and make courier inward entries.
Forward received raw material samples to the QC Department for testing and approval.
Follow up with the QC team and suppliers regarding sample testing status and results.
Maintain supplier details, sample status, and sourcing records using MS Excel.
Assist the Purchase Team in daily sourcing activities and related documentation.

Required Skills:-




Strong computer operating skills with positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
Positive email drafting and professional communication skills.
Ability to perform data entry, maintain records, and prepare reports using Excel.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills with suppliers and internal departments.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn raw material sourcing processes.

Requirements:-

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
