Job Title: Restaurant Captain

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage daily restaurant service operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the POS system.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
Address guest queries and resolve service-related complaints.




Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dining area.
Ensure smooth restaurant operations and high service standards.
Support and guide service staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar hospitality role.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of POS and restaurant billing systems.
Strong coordination and team management abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace.
Positive attitude, professional grooming, and a guest-focused approach.
