Job Role

We are looking for a Property Field Executive to identify properties available for rent or sale across different areas of Bengaluru. The candidate will visit assigned locations, connect with property owners, collect basic property details, take transparent photos, and share the information with the team.

Roles and Responsibilities
Visit assigned areas across Bengaluru to find properties available for rent or sale.
Contact and meet property owners to gather property information.
Take clear photos of properties and their surroundings.
Collect basic details such as property location, type, size, expected price or rent, and owner contact information.




Share property photos and details with the respective team.
Coordinate with property owners to verify information and obtain additional details when required.
Maintain proper records of the properties identified in assigned locations.

Eligibility and Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned areas in Bengaluru.
Ability to interact confidently with property owners.
Kannada-speaking candidates will be preferred.
A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Salary and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹40,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
Additional performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.
Petrol allowance provided by the company for field-related travel.
