Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to operate CNC lathe machines for manufacturing precision components as per technical drawings and production requirements. The candidate should be committed to maintaining product quality, dimensional accuracy, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture metal components according to specifications.
Set up workpieces, cutting tools, and machine parameters as per job requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, and other machining operations as required.
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
Inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and required surface finish.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Identify machining defects and report machine issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area.




Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related technical field preferred.
Knowledge of CNC lathe machine operation and basic machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of cutting tools, tool offsets, and machine settings.
Positive attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Experience

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may apply for CNC Lathe Operator Trainee positions. Experienced candidates with CNC lathe operating skills will be preferred.

Work Schedule

8 hours per day, according to the company's shift schedule.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
