Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, manage technicians, and ensure effective and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily workshop operations.
Assign jobs and monitor the performance of technicians and other staff.
Ensure vehicle repairs and maintenance are completed on time.
Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Manage workshop inventory, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and service requirements.
Maintain service records, job cards, and workshop reports.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the workshop.
Monitor productivity and improve overall workshop efficiency.





Requirements
Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role.
Positive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and workshop operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of workshop safety procedures and inventory management.
Relevant technical qualification or experience in the automotive field is preferred.
