Core Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Act as the trusted advisor and main liaison for assigned client accounts.
Retention & Growth: Track client satisfaction, spot upsell/cross-sell prospects, and manage contract renewals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal design, sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver on client needs.
Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor account health metrics, analyze feedback, and report on quarterly or annual revenue forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and standard office productivity suites.
Soft Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
