We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 desktop and end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to printers, scanners, Microsoft Outlook, and other IT peripherals.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access-related requests.
Log, track, and update incidents and service requests using a ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
Maintain IT asset records and follow established IT support procedures.
Provide timely technical assistance and maintain effective communication with end users.





Required Skills and Qualifications
BE / B.Tech / BCA qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Desktop Support or IT End-User Support.
Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop troubleshooting, and hardware/software installation.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and IT ticketing tools.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
Willingness to work from the office in Whitefield, Bangalore.
Availability to attend a face-to-face interview is mandatory.
Candidate Preference: Non-South Indian candidates only, as per the hiring requirement.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
