Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a branch of a reputed mobile accessories company in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales management, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the branch.
Supervise and guide indoor sales staff.
Achieve sales targets and improve branch performance.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.
Monitor product displays and maintain showroom standards.
Prepare sales reports and maintain daily records.
Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and operational requirements.
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth branch operations.

Requirements




Previous experience in retail sales or branch management is preferred.
Experience in mobile phones and accessories is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of sales targets, inventory management, and reporting.
Ability to handle daily operational responsibilities independently.
Positive English communication skills.
