Role summary

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on lead generation experience. The primary focus is to identify and contact prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and build a consistent pipeline for the sales team. The role also includes nurturing prospects, understanding their requirements, and keeping lead records up to date.

Key responsibilities
Generate recent leads through outbound calls, email, online research, referrals, and relevant digital channels.
Identify prospective customers and decision-makers who may need the company’s design services.
Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, interest, budget, and readiness to engage.
Follow up with prospects and arrange sales conversations or meetings.
Maintain accurate lead and outreach records in the CRM or tracking system.
Meet agreed lead generation, qualification, and outreach targets.
Coordinate qualified opportunities with the sales team.
Research target businesses and customer segments to identify recent opportunities.




Share feedback on lead quality, customer needs, and effective outreach approaches.

Required qualifications and skills
2–4 years of lead generation experience is essential.
Demonstrated experience generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach.
Solid communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Comfortable with prospect research, cold calling, and regular follow-up.
Able to organize prospect information and manage leads at different stages.
Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead-tracking tools.
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable targets.

Preferred experience
Lead generation for design, interiors, architecture, construction, or related services.
Building B2B prospect lists and identifying decision-makers.
Booking appointments or setting qualified sales meetings.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
