Senior Medical Scribe

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Medical Scribe to support US healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters, maintaining medical records, and ensuring timely completion of clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately document physician-patient interactions in the EHR.
Prepare and update patient charts, medical histories, and clinical notes.
Review clinical information and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Follow medical terminology, clinical documentation, and HIPAA standards.
Coordinate with providers and clarify documentation requirements when needed.
Monitor the quality and accuracy of scribe documentation.
Assist in training and mentoring junior medical scribes.
Handle live or audio-based medical documentation as per process requirements.

Requirements




2–4 years of experience as a Medical Scribe.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.
Positive typing speed and attention to detail.
Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred.
Ability to work in a US night shift setting.
Prior experience in US healthcare processes is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
