We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
Handle W2, C2C, and C2H requirements.
Review resumes and match candidates with job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, candidate submissions, and follow-ups.
Work closely with account managers to fulfill client hiring needs.
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate databases.

Required Skills:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
Knowledge of US IT technologies, Boolean search, and recruitment portals.
Understanding of W2, C2C, and C2H hiring models.
Robust communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
