We are hiring for Fresher to 1 year of exp as Hostess in Restaurant Industry
Key Responsibilities
Greeting & Seating: Warmly welcoming guests immediately upon arrival and escorting them to tables.
Reservation Management: Answering phones, recording reservations, and managing the guest waiting list.
Table Management: Coordinating with servers to optimize seating, balance workload, and ensure productive table turnover.
Menu & Dining Support: Presenting menus, answering initial questions, and providing bread/water service if required.
Guest Service: Addressing guest complaints professionally and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintenance: Keeping the hostess stand, menus, and lobby area clean and organized.
