Estimation & Costing
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and project budgets.
Review architectural, structural, MEP, and other construction drawings for quantity take-offs.
Analyse material, labour, equipment, subcontractor, and other project costs.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare tender estimates, commercial proposals, and comparative statements.
Monitor estimated costs against actual project expenditure and identify cost-saving prospects.
Contract Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer construction contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
Ensure contractual terms, scope of work, payment schedules, retention, advance payments, and timelines are clearly defined.
Manage variations, extra items, deviation statements, escalation claims, and extension-of-time claims.
Maintain contract registers and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Identify contractual risks and coordinate with legal, project, procurement,



and finance teams for resolution.
Project Billing & Quantity Surveying
Oversee preparation, verification, and submission of RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
Verify measurements, quantities executed, BOQs, and rates against approved drawings and contractual terms.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, architects, and clients for measurement certification and bill approval.
Review and certify contractor and subcontractor bills as per contractual provisions.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of extra-item bills, variation bills, and claims.
Track bill submissions, certifications, deductions, retention money, and payment releases.
Reconcile quantities and values between executed work, certified bills, and contractual records.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
