What you'll do
Preparation of 3D, 2D and Assembly Drawings
Create 3D plastic part designs using CAD tools, supported by 2D drawings of individual child parts.
Prepare detailed assembly drawings with annotations, considering functional requirements, manufacturing tolerances, and industry standards.
Conduct feasibility studies on styling data utilizing CATIA V5 to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
Perform concept design based on customer-provided surface data.




Execute draft analysis for plastic parts to assess tooling feasibility.
Evaluate tooling concepts, including core–cavity design, ejection mechanisms, lifter and slider feasibility, ensuring optimized mold design.
Analyze and select applicable engineering plastic raw materials used in the automotive industry based on mechanical properties, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing principles to ensure exact manufacturing, inspection, and functional alignment of components.

What we are looking for
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering | 8+ Years Experience and Diploma (Mechanical) with 10+ of post-qualification experience in Automotive industry
