We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising. The candidate should have expertise in campaign strategy, audience targeting, lead generation, conversion optimization, and scaling advertising campaigns to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Develop audience targeting strategies, including Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and retargeting.
Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audiences.
Manage advertising budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.
Implement and monitor Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.

Required Skills




Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical and campaign optimization skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Understanding of landing page optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
